Ride and Stride provides a chance to enjoy a day of connecting to our city in a whole new way, please follow these safety tips to ensure fun for all.

• Be respectful - the streets belong to EVERYONE.
• It isn't a race, it's an experience.  Take your time to enjoy it!
• Helmets are required for everyone under 18 whether they are on bikes, scooters or are a passenger on their parent's bike. 
• Be sure to follow all road signs and instructions of safety crews.
